Refund policy

We stand behind everything we make. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll make it right. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery and offer free size exchanges because getting the perfect fit matters.

Returns

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or you sent the wrong item.

Refunds

• Once the return is received and inspected, issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Free size exchanges
• If the requested size is out of stock, offer:
• Store credit
• A refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If the item arrives damaged or you shipped the wrong product, you’ll cover all shipping costs and replace or refund the item.
